Campaign Coordinator

Job Description

Job Title : Campaign Coordinator

Location : London - Hybrid

Rate : £30p/h - Inside IR35

Job Ref : 40838

The Opportunity

We're working with a globally recognised entertainment and digital brand looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join their go-to-market team, supporting the delivery of high-profile digital campaigns across subscription, ecommerce and marketplace channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in creative production, digital campaign management or agency-side project coordination who enjoys keeping multiple workstreams moving and ensuring creative lands on time and to a high standard.

You'll play a key role in connecting internal teams, creative partners and media stakeholders, helping manage production workflows, asset delivery and campaign execution across a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across multiple customer-facing platforms.
  • Coordinating creative briefs, campaign inputs, asset gathering and production timelines.
  • Managing day-to-day workflows, ensuring assets, copy, localisation requirements and feed inputs are ready for build and deployment.
  • Working closely with creative, media and production teams to move campaigns efficiently through briefing, development, QA and launch.
  • Maintaining campaign trackers, delivery schedules and status updates to ensure visibility across projects.
  • Facilitating feedback rounds and approval processes with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Supporting business-as-usual campaign activity while contributing ideas to improve processes, documentation and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in creative production, campaign operations, digital marketing, project coordination or agency account management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with creative asset workflows, media specifications, approval processes and production schedules.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in chasing inputs and removing blockers.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Exposure to dynamic creative optimisation, paid social, display advertising or feed-based campaigns would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-moving, matrixed environment, collaborating with a range of teams and external partners.

What's On Offer

You'll be joining a highly regarded global brand at an exciting time, working on campaigns seen by millions of users worldwide while gaining exposure to best-in-class creative and marketing operations.
