\nWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join our busy Commercial Property Department.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive and growing team, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.\n
\nHybrid working arrangements, including up to two/three days working from home per week, will be considered for the right candidate.\n

The Role\n
\nAs a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:\n
    \n
  • Manage your own varied commercial property caseload
  • \n
  • Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals and assignments
  • \n
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases and associated property documentation
  • \n
  • Handle financing and development agreements
  • \n
  • Advise businesses, investors, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial property transactions
  • \n
  • Contribute to networking, business development and the continued growth of the department
  • \n
About You\n
\nTo be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:\n
    \n
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE within Commercial Property
  • \n
  • Strong experience handling landlord and tenant matters
  • \n
  • Experience managing commercial sales and purchases independently
  • \n
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • \n
  • Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving ability
  • \n
  • The confidence to manage your own client relationships
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a growing team
  • \n
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
  • \n
  • Ambition to continue developing your career within a progressive law firm
