Executive Administrator – 20 to 25 hours per week
The role
We’re looking to introduce a high-level executive administrator to support our specialist tax team. You will also work closely with our other administration colleagues across AG.
This is a part time role based in our Taunton office, ideally working 20 to 25 hours per week. We are happy to have a chat about your preferred working pattern; whether it’s shorter days, or a few full days.
You’ll be integral to the team, supporting senior members and showing your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Day to day tasks may include handling new client enquiries and managing the onboarding process, email monitoring, calendar management, team meeting support, and preparing letters, reports and bills as needed. It’s important that you are comfortable being proactive, and can identify solutions and support across the wider team to help improve efficiencies.
Our ideal candidate is someone methodical and highly organised, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You’ll get to work with a variety of people across AG, so people skills and the ability to build relationships will be a big part of this role. Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills are a must, as well as an eye for detail and a flexible approach.
What we need from you
We understand that not everyone will come with these exact requirements. If your experience isn’t a complete match but you feel you could bring a lot to AG, we’d still encourage you to apply so that we can learn more about you!
What we can give you in return
We offer a fantastic place to work with a competitive and flexible benefits package. This includes:
