HSE Advisor

We're looking for an HSE Advisor to help drive health, safety and environmental standards across a property portfolio. Based in London, this permanent opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact on workplace safety and compliance.\n\nClient Details\n\nThe employer is a well-established organisation within the property sector, specialising in facilities, maintenance, construction & fit-out. They are a medium-sized company with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients across London.\n\nDescription\n\nProvide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and environmental management throughout project lifecycles.\nConduct site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring activities.\nSupport accident, incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.\nReview and provide guidance on Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).\nEnsure safe systems of work are implemented and adhered to across project sites.\nAssist with contractor and subcontractor safety management and inspections.\nSupport ISO 45001 audits and ongoing compliance initiatives.\nAssist with health and safety documentation for tenders, client submissions and construction phase plans.\nProduce reports and maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.\nStay up to date with health, safety and environmental legislation and industry best practice.Profile\n\n2+ years experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance within facilities management or the property industry.\nIOSH & NEBOSH General/Construction\nStrong understanding of health and safety legislation and ISO 45001 standards.\nExperience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job Offer\n\nA competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum.\nComprehensive company benefits.\nOpportunities for professional development within the property industry.\nA permanent role based in London with a focus on facilities management.This is a fantastic opportunity for an HSE Advisor to make a meaningful impact while advancing their career.
