Property System Specialist - £500 p/d inside IR35 - 9 Month contract - Hybrid

My client within the banking sector is seeking for a Property Systems Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Implement process and system improvements for operational teams
\n
• Manage reporting requirements and develop ad-hoc reports where needed
\n
• Configure and optimise modules across our property management system stack
\n

Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and end-user queries

Key experience:

\n
• Experience using any property management system (MRI, Yardi, RealPage etc.)
\n
• Strong understanding of property, lease, finance, or compliance processes
\n
• Curious, analytical mindset with a proven ability to learn systems quickly
\n
• Comfortable working with suppliers, technical teams, and business users
\n
• Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira is beneficial (not essential)
\n

Logistics:

\n
• £500 p/d inside IR35 via umbrella
\n
• 2 days a week in office (London, Bristol or Manchester)
\n
• 9 Month contract with view to extend
\n
