  Managing a varied caseload of planning projects from inception through to determin
• ation.Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting document
• ation.Providing strategic planning advice to clients, landowners, developers, and stakeho
• lders.Conducting site appraisals and planning due diligence assess
• ments.Preparing planning statements and representations to local plans and consulta
• tions.Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activ
• ities.Liaising with local authorities, consultees, and other professional
• teams.Supporting and mentoring junior team members where approp

riate.

out You
The ideal candidate will

• possess:
  A degree (and preferably a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related di
• scipline.Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards char
• tership).Significant experience within either a planning consultancy, local authority, or development env
• ironment.Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and planning policy f
• ramework.Excellent report writing, communication, and presentatio
• n skills.Commercial awareness and the ability to manage client relationships eff
• ectively.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong project managemen

t skills.
